About the Recipe

Crepes are a delicate French dish made with a simple batter of flour, eggs, and milk. Whether you have a sweet tooth or are more on the savoury side, this delicacy can be filled with fruit and whipped cream, chocolate , or ham and cheese, making them a delicious and sophisticated dish that's perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. In this recipe, we'll show you how to make the perfect crepes that are sure to become a staple in your culinary repertoire.


  • 5 eggs

  • 1L milk

  • 500g flour

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil


Step 1:

Put half of the flour in a bowl and add in the eggs one by one by mixing in between until they are fully blended.

Step 2:

Once the eggs are mixed in, add a bit of milk and mix until homogeneous. Add a bit of flour and mix.

Continue the operation until all of the milk and flour are added.

Once your batter is completely homogeneous, add your oil and mix.

Step 3:

Let your batter rest for an hour.

Step 4:

Take out a pan to cook and flip your crepes.

Step 5:

Once they are golden on each side, place your crepes on a plate protected by baking paper.
