Ingredients
8 eggs
6 tbsp of milk
1 onion
Dried Herbs
Dill
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Soak your baking paper with water and squeeze it firmly to remove the excess liquid and place it in the pan.
Step 2
Crack your eggs in a bowl and beat them. Add milk and whisk the mixture. Add herbs and spices and set aside
Step 3
Once your pan heated, add your diced onion and let it cook until golden. Add your egg mixture and let it cook on medium heat.
Step 4
As you see that it starts to cook, use your spatula and gently scramble your omelette to allow for even cooking
Step 5
Serve once the omelette is to your liking (more or less runny)

Simply fold your baking paper and throw it away without leaving anything dirty in your pan.
